First, I would exchange learners for students as this specifies and brings emphasis to the fact that adults and children in school are part of the equation. Seeking purpose and engagement becomes more powerful at the sweet spot of relationships and collaboration- HMW show that critical component? Second, I just so love finding problems and challenges and how it adds depth to solving them.
